Do members pay anything?
No. Members never pay. The club or organization pays for the subscription, and members use Gumb for free.
How long can I try Gumb for free?
2 months with every feature, no credit card and no automatic renewal.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing. The 2 month free trial does not renew automatically, and you have not entered a credit card. If you want to continue, you choose a plan.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both are possible. With yearly billing you get 2 months free.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
Which plan is right for us?
Pro is for small teams: 1 community with a shared main calendar, up to 100 members and up to 20 group schedulers. Premium is for growing organizations with several communities, each with its own main calendar and central management. For more than 30 communities there is Enterprise with a custom offer.
How many members and communities does Premium include?
Premium comes in steps from 2 to 30 communities. Every community adds 100 members and 20 group schedulers: Premium 2 covers up to 200 members and 40 group schedulers, Premium 10 up to 1,000 members and 200 group schedulers, Premium 30 up to 3,000 members and 600 group schedulers.
How much storage is included?
Pro includes 2 GB of storage. In Premium, storage grows with the step, from 4 GB with 2 communities to 15 GB with 30 communities.
What does Enterprise offer?
Enterprise is for large organizations with complex structures: unlimited communities, a personal account manager, guided setup, custom invoicing and contract terms, API access, data export, SSO and advanced security options. Pricing is agreed individually.
Which onboarding packages are there?
Three one-time packages: Kickstart, Full Service and Enterprise. The prices in your currency are listed on this page. Without a package you set up Gumb yourself for free, with guides, video tutorials and a checklist.
Is Gumb GDPR compliant?
Yes. Gumb is compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss data protection act (DSG).
Is chat included in the Pro plan?
Yes. Team chat, direct messages and push notifications are already included in the Pro plan.
How much does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is optional and one-time, with no recurring fees. Self-service is free, with guides, video tutorials and a checklist. If you would like personal help getting started, you can book an onboarding package.
