Hi, how can we help?

FAQs About Your Free Trial 🧐

How do I start my free trial?

Start your free trial easily in the Gumb web app 🌐 (accessible through your browser on computer, tablet, or smartphone). Tap "Subscription" in your profile and start your trial without entering any payment information! 😊

Note: The free trial cannot be started in the mobile apps (iOS/Android).

Will I be charged automatically when the free trial ends?

No, you won't be charged automatically after your 60-day free trial ends. You decide whether you want to continue using Gumb and purchase a subscription. 👍🏼

Can I cancel during the free trial?

Your free trial ends automatically after 60 days, free of charge. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or obligations. You don't need to do anything if you decide not to continue using Gumb. 👋🏼

If you want to keep using Gumb for your team, you can view, manage, start (click "Change Subscription"), or cancel your membership anytime in your profile settings.

What happens to my data?

If you don't continue using Gumb, we'll keep your data and your community's data for a while, so you can reactivate your account later. If you remain inactive for an extended period, we reserve the right to delete this data. But don't worry, we'll inform you via email beforehand. 📧

If you want to delete your data immediately, go to "Profile → Settings → Other" and click "Delete Community." Please note that this will delete all data from the communities you created (where you are the community owner). 🗑️

Can I change my subscription during the free trial?

Yes, you can change your subscription during the free trial. Simply go to "Subscription" in your profile and choose the plan you want. This will start your Gumb subscription. You can find more information here: "Start Your Gumb Subscription🚀"

Are there any limitations during the free trial?

No, during the free trial, you have full access to all Gumb features, just like with a paid subscription. Enjoy all the benefits! 🎉

Can I extend my free trial?

The free trial usually ends automatically after 60 days. If you'd like to extend it, please contact us through our contact form. We're happy to help. 😊
