How do I organize sign-ups for the delegate assembly?
Create the assembly as an event with a response deadline. Members sign up with one click, and you see live who is coming. Up to two reminders make sure nobody misses the deadline.
Where do I store agendas and minutes?
Documents for one meeting are attached right to the event. A committee's permanent documents sit in its folder, which only that group sees. Files can be up to 50 MB each.
Can committees and working groups plan separately?
Yes. Every committee gets its own group scheduler, and group events are only visible to its members. The office manages every event as admin.
Can an association manage several chapters?
