Can I manage every team and section of a club?
Yes. Every team gets its own group scheduler, and group events are only visible to its members. The Pro plan includes up to 20 group schedulers, and several independent communities come with the Premium plan.
How do season changes work when players move to new teams?
In the member matrix you tick the new teams. Every change is saved right away, with no new registration. The matrix is part of the Premium plans.
How does the call-up work in Gumb?
With the star. Admins set it as a call-up, and the player sees it. If you want, Gumb reminds only the selected players of the game.
Does Gumb replace the attendance list?
Yes. Attendance comes from the responses, and you mark missed events with the penalty dot. Under Statistics you export the attendance report as an Excel file, filtered by period, event type and team.
Can parents respond for their children?
Yes. Every child has their own account, and parents log in with the same credentials. Admins can create children's accounts upfront, and a family login is in the works.
Does Gumb support Swiss J+S attendance control?
Yes. The attendance report export is prepared for NDS and BASPO, as XLSX or CSV. There is no direct BASPO interface yet.
