How do I organize helpers for the gymnastics festival?
Create shifts such as setup, catering or judging as tasks and turn them on for the festival. Members sign up in the scheduler or under “My events”, and admins can also assign them.
How do parents respond for their child in kids' gymnastics?
Every child needs their own account with their own email address. Parents log into their child's account with the same credentials and respond for the session. Admins can create children's accounts upfront, and a shared family login is in the works.
How do I cancel a session so nobody shows up for nothing?
Switch the session to an event type such as “Canceled” instead of deleting it. That way it stays visible, and after you edit it Gumb asks whether everyone should be notified.
