How do I cover the scorer's table at home games?
Create duties such as “Scorekeeping” or “Timing” once as tasks and turn them on for the home game. Players or parents sign up themselves, or admins assign them. In the scheduler everyone sees who is assigned.
How do I mark who is selected for the game?
With the star. Admins set it as a call-up for the game, and the player sees it right away. If you want, Gumb reminds only the selected players of the game.
How do I tell the team about changed gym times?
You edit the event, and Gumb asks whether notifications should be sent. The change then arrives in the app, by email and by push notification, even when the app is closed.
Can I analyze practices, games and tournaments separately?
Yes. With your own event types you filter the attendance report by event type, period and team and export it as an Excel file.
How do parents respond for their child in the youth program?
Every child needs their own account with their own email address. Parents log into their child's account with the same credentials and respond for gym practice and games. Admins can create children's accounts upfront, and a shared family login is in the works.
Can a player play for two teams?
Yes. A player can belong to several teams and sees the events of every team bundled in one place.
Can our basketball club export J+S attendance?
Yes. The attendance report export is prepared for NDS and BASPO, as XLSX or CSV. You export several J+S groups in one step. There is no direct BASPO interface yet.
