How do I hand out scorer and referee assignments?
Create “Scorer” and “Referee” once as tasks and turn them on for home games. Players sign up themselves, or admins assign them. In the scheduler everyone sees who is assigned.
Can I plan the gym and beach season in one calendar?
Yes. With your own event types you tell gym practice, beach practice, games and tournaments apart. In the analysis you filter by them and export attendance separately.
How do I pick the squad for match day?
With the star. Admins set it as a call-up, and the player sees it right away. If you want, Gumb reminds only the selected players of the game.
How do I see whether enough players say yes for the game?
On the event you see responses live, in total and per team. With a response deadline you know in time whether you need to call up more.
How do parents respond for their child in youth volleyball?
Every child needs their own account with their own email address. Parents log into their child's account with the same credentials and respond for practice, games and tournaments. Admins can create children's accounts upfront, and a shared family login is in the works.
Can a player play for two teams, such as gym and beach?
Yes. A player can belong to several teams and sees the events of every team bundled in one place.
Can volleyball clubs in Switzerland export J+S?
Yes. Under Statistics you choose the attendance report, filter by period, event type and team and export it as XLSX or CSV, prepared for the NDS import.
