In short
Gumb is an app for volunteer clubs, festival committees and helper groups. Coordinators plan club festivals, helper assignments at events and club meetings as events, and single shifts such as “Bar 6 to 8 pm” or “Till” become tasks right on the event. Helpers sign up themselves, departments plan in their own group schedulers, and you inform event organizers without a Gumb account by email from Gumb.

We use this system in our aid organisation and at work. We are very happy with it, as we had been looking for a working and reliable system for a long time. The app offers many options, including staff and equipment management, and above all makes our work easier. Simply recommendable. A clear 5-star rating
We tried out various apps in our club and Gumb covers our needs best! If you have questions, support helps right away. The app is constantly being improved and new, very useful features keep being added.
The very best app for planning our club, congratulations

FAQ: the app for volunteer groups
How do I create a helper list for the club festival?
Create the festival as an event and every shift as a task, for example “Bar 6 to 8 pm”. Helpers sign up in the scheduler or under “My events”, and you see which shift is still open.
Can bar, kitchen and setup plan separately?
Yes. Every department gets its own group scheduler, and group events are only visible to its members. The coordinators see every event as admins.
Can I assign helpers directly?
Yes. Admins can assign tasks directly. Helpers can also sign up themselves.
How do I inform an event organizer?
From the web app admins and group leaders write emails and add up to 100 external addresses, such as the organizer. Recipients do not see each other.
How do I see who helped how often?
How often someone helped shows in the attendance report under Statistics: an Excel file with one row per person and assignment, for example for a thank-you at the end of the year.
Do helpers pay for Gumb?
No. Members never pay. The club pays for the subscription.
