Here is what we are building right now and what comes next. Gumb is not designed on a whiteboard - it grows out of what people tell us every day: clubs, teams and communities, and increasingly companies that use Gumb to organize their sites, shifts and events. This page is our open workbook.

How we prioritize
Three questions decide what comes first: How many communities benefit from it? How often is it requested? And does it make life easier for the people who keep a community running? Order and scope can change - this page is a statement of intent, not a delivery promise. As soon as something is live, you will find it in the release notes.

👨👩👧 Family Account
One login for the whole family: parents manage their kids' profiles without extra email addresses and switch between them with one click. It's one of the most frequent requests we get, and it has been our top priority since the end of August. We're building it carefully, because it shapes how kids are managed in Gumb from here on. 👥 Participant Limits
Set a maximum number of participants, with an automatic waiting list once an event is full.
📆 Multi-Day Events
An event running from Friday to Sunday should be visible on all three days. Today it only appears on its start date in the timeline. Tournaments, camps, and weekends become clear at a glance.
💻 A Better Start
On first launch in web, Android, and iOS, a new walkthrough guides you: set up your community, invite members, and respond to events. Less guesswork, faster going.

Admins decide whether everyone sees each other's responses, or only the organizers.
🗓️ Duplicate Events
Create an event once and reuse it across several groups or communities.
📂 Document Management
Folder structures for groups and for the whole community. So statutes, training plans, and forms sit where people look for them.

⚙️ Roles and Permissions
Fine-grained permissions. You decide who creates events, who manages members, and who only reads along. Essential wherever many levels work together: boards and committees, sites and team leads.
💰 Membership Dues
Manage and send annual dues in Gumb, so dues and member data no longer sit in two separate systems.
🤖 AI Assistance
Repetitive work should disappear: create an event from a single sentence, draft an announcement, and get reports prepared automatically. We are not building AI because everyone else is, but where it saves you real hours.
API and Data Exchange
This already exists; it just is not self-service yet. If you want to connect Gumb to your existing systems - website, membership database, accounting, or an internal tool - we will set up access together with you.
The demand comes mostly from larger structures: federations with many subgroups, and companies that do not want to maintain employees, sites, or events twice. We are open to it and look at every case individually.
Your Voice Counts
Half of what is on this page is here because someone in the Gumb community wrote to us. Missing a feature? Is something taking three clicks too many? Tell us. We read every message.
Already Shipped
In August 2026 we completed the subscription handling: payment by invoice, QR invoices for Switzerland and subscription management directly in your profile. A large technical chapter is closed, which clears the way for the features coming next. All the details are in the release notes.
